How do I schedule a counseling appointment?

If you’d like to schedule an appointment, or if you have any questions, you can call our office at 951-289-9335 or 951-742-5248, send us a message through our contact form or email us at ira@imtasik.org.

When are you available for sessions?

Appointments are available:

Mon - Fri 8am - 7pm

Saturday Off

Sun 8am - 1pm

We offer in-office counseling sessions as well as video or phone counseling sessions.

What is your rate for counseling sessions?


Our rate for a standard 50 minute session is $100. Payment is required at the end of each in-office counseling session, and before session begins for video or phone counseling. We accept all major credit cards, checks, cash, Paypal, and Apple Pay.




Do you take insurance?


While we do not accept insurance as a direct form of payment, it is possible for your session to be covered by your personal insurance, partly or in full, under your “out-of-network” benefits. If you would like to use your insurance for your counseling sessions, we can provide you with a Statement for Reimbursement form (also called a Superbill) for you to submit directly to your insurance company for partial or full reimbursement. ​To determine if you have mental health coverage through your insurance carrier, the first thing you should do is call them. Check your coverage carefully and make sure you understand their answers. Some helpful questions you can ask them:
* What are my mental health benefits?
* What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
* How many therapy sessions does my plan cover?
* How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider?
* Is approval required from my primary care physician?




Can I insert a video in my FAQ?


Yes! Users can add video from YouTube or Vimeo with ease:

  1. Enter App Settings
  2. Click the "Manage Questions" button
  3. Click on the question you would like to attach a video to
  4. When editing your answer, click on the video icon and then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL
  5. That's it! A thumbnail of your video will appear in answer text box




What is the Low-Cost Fee Discount Program?


Imtasik Family Counseling Services offers a Low-Cost Fee Discount Program to all who have limited means to pay for their services. Imtasik Family Counseling Services will base program eligibility on a person’s ability to pay and will not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, race, sexual orientation, creed, religion, disability, or national origin. The Federal Poverty Guidelines (http://aspe.hhs.gov/poverty) are used in creating and annually updating the sliding fee schedule (SFS) to determine eligibility. Cancellation policy


If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we request that you let us know 24 hours in advance. Imtasik Family Counseling Services reserves the right to charge for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
